1

:: What formats can be transferred?
VHS, VHS-C, MiniDV, and Hi8

:: How will the DVDs be labeled?
Labels on tapes (not cases) will be copied word for word and put on DVD, unless customer requests otherwise. If tapes are not labeled, DVDs will not be labeled. Customers can title DVDs after they are transferred and reviewed, and Memories Preserved will be more than happy to create labels then. Preferably all tapes should be reviewed and labeled before given to Memories Preserved.

:: What happens if a tape is damaged?
Customers are expected to review tapes for damages before giving them to Memories Preserved. If a tape is damaged and transferred without Memories Preserved staff catching it, the customer is expected to pay half-price for the DVD. If Memories Preserved staff catches it, the customer will be contacted and informed of the problem where at that time a resolution will be reached.

:: What if DVDs don't work in the customer's DVD Player?
All DVDs are tested before returned back to customer and are formatted to work in most DVD Players. If DVDs don't work in the customer's DVD Player, the customer should look into buying a compatible DVD Player. Memories Preserved is not liable in this situation.

:: What type of DVD is used for transferring?
All tapes are transferred onto blank DVD-R discs.

:: What if the customer desires multiple DVD copies of the same tape?
Each copy will still cost $15.
